There are times when you have a conversation in a Microsoft Teams channel, and you want to alert someone to check it out via email (because that’s what they prefer to use). Christian Buckley shared this really cool feature that enables you to send a chat directly to Outlook, and gives the recipient an easy way to get to the conversation in question. Here’s how it works…
From within Microsoft Teams, click on the Ellipsis icon in the conversation and select Share to Outlook:

Teams will launch an Outlook email with the content of the conversation in the body, and the ability to send it to whomever along with some context text:

When the person gets the email, they’ll see the conversation you sent…

As well as a link at the bottom that will take them directly to the conversation in Teams so that they can participate if necessary:
