You know when you’re in a Skype for Business meeting, and every time someone enters or exits the call you hear the Skype chime? It’s useful when you’re getting ready to meet, but it can be distracting once the meeting is underway. Using the information below, you can turn the chime off during a call if you’re a presenter.
Click the menu in the bottom right corner of the Skype meeting, and choose Skype Meeting Options:
Uncheck the box for Announce when people enter or leave, then click OK:
