Are you scheduling a meeting with a person outside the company and want to easily share your availability with them? Here’s a quick way to do that:
From Outlook, start an email and then choose Insert, then Calendar from the menu bar.
Determine how much of your calendar you wish to share and update the settings accordingly. In this example, I am sharing my Availability Only for Today within my working hours only.
My calendar availability is added as a nice format in the body of the email.
