This is a new feature in SharePoint Online that will help people find content related to their specific interests based on prior page views and activities. It’s the News and Page Recommendations feature that is added to the bottom of newly created pages in SharePoint Online.
When you create a new page, you’ll see the You may also be interested in feature at the bottom of the page. This is determined via machine learning, and will be different for each person based on their prior activity. If you don’t want to have that show on the bottom of your page, just move the slider to Off:
