I tend to do a lot of clicking and dragging the cursor to select text in Word. But these two tips are very useful for saving time and effort when it comes to grabbing sentences and paragraphs.
If you want to select an entire paragraph in Word, just quickly click three times anywhere in the paragraph. VoilĂ ! Your paragraph is selected!
If you only want to select a sentence in a Word document, just press the CTRL key (use the Command key if you use a Mac) while clicking anywhere in the sentence. The sentence is now selected.
Now if I can only get my muscle memory to remember these tips…
