Outlook Calendar – Email Schedule

Sandra discovered a really cool Outlook calendar trick that she shared with me…

Have you ever been asked, “What days and times are you free to meet this week?”  Rather than jotting down all the dates and times manually, there’s a quicker way to provide the information.

From your Outlook Calendar, click on the E-mail Calendar icon in the ribbon bar:

You will be prompted for the information you want to include in the email. In the example below, I selected the Date Range of Next 7 days and to only show time within my working hours only.

You have the ability to choose different levels of details you would like to include in the Detail section:

The email is nicely formatted and can now be sent internally or externally to the person who requested meeting with you.
