OK… this is one of those stupid things I probably should already have known, but I finally decided to look up how to do it. You know how sometimes when you’re in an Excel spreadsheet, you can scroll up and down the rows, but the first row of Header columns stays fixed? Here’s how you do that…
When you’re in an Excel spreadsheet, select View > Freeze Panes > Freeze Top Row:
Now when you scroll the row content, the Header stays fixed, making it very easy to remember what each column is for:
