If you record meetings using Skype for Business and plan on sharing the recording with others via email or SharePoint, you may need to adjust your recording options prior to starting the recording. Leaving the recording size set at 720p (or worse, 1080p Full HD) will result in your recordings exceeding SharePoint on-premises file size limitations.

From the Settings icon in Skype for Business, click on Tools > Options:
From the Options screen, select Recording and change the video resolution to 480p. Click Ok to save the changes:
