While Microsoft Forms is best used when your recipients are online, there are times when you need to provide a copy of the form to someone who doesn’t have access to your environment. Microsoft Forms accommodates that with the Print Form feature. Here’s how it works…
Once you have your Form built, click the ellipsis icon in the upper-right corner and select Print Form:

That option launches the browser’s Print dialog panel. In this case, I’ve chosen to print the blank form as a PDF file:

And I now have a two page blank version of my Form that I can provide to people who can’t complete it electronically:
