In a SharePoint Online Teams Site, you’ll see a megaphone icon in the upper-right corner. That’s the Next Steps icon that gives you some guidance on what to do next to improve your site:
When you click any one of the three suggestions, it will take you to that part of the site so you can start adding content and making the site more useful to yourself and those who will be using it:
