Have you ever read an e-mail and decided you should meet with everyone included in the e-mail? Did you know there’s an easy way to accomplish this with the click of a button?
From the Ribbon Bar in Outlook, click Meeting in the Respond section:
Outlook automatically creates a meeting invite with all the participants listed in the e-mail as well as the e-mail content so that all participants will have the reference information at their fingertips.
Now all you need to do is decide on the date/time and location of the meeting:
