Seeing who else is looking at your list in Microsoft Lists

If you’re in a Microsoft modern list, there’s a cool feature you may not have noticed. In the upper-right corner, you can see who else might be using that list at the same time you are. This is how that looks…

In this example in our high Five list, I can see that there are three person icons on the ribbon bar, which mean those three people have that list open at the same time you do. If you hover over one of the icons, you’ll see a dropdown with their profile picture, name, status, and a link to open their contact card if you want more information about them:

This isn’t something that may matter on a day-to-day basis, but it’s useful if you’re working in a list and wonder if someone else is doing things to the list at the same time.
